: All procedures were performed in compliance with relevant laws and institutional guidelines and were approved by Changzheng Hospital. Informed patient consent was obtained for in vitro culture of human hair follicles. The experiment was conducted from November 1, 2024, to November 2, 2025. Ethics number: 2025SL-020. The animals used in this study were 8-week-old male C3H/HEJ mice, and all animal procedures adhered to the relevant animal ethics regulations.
