: Male Balb/c mice (specific pathogen-free, SPF) were procured from Zhuhai Besttest Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The animals were housed under controlled environmental conditions, including a constant room temperature of 25 °C and an automated light-dark cycle. Sterile food and water were provided ad libitum, with regular cage changes. All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with the guidelines approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Zhongshan Institute for Drug Discovery.
