: This study involves human participants and was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University (Nanchang, Jiangxi). All tissues were confirmed by neuropathological examination, and the study was conducted with appropriate patient consent in compliance with a protocol approved by the Institutional Review Board (O-Medical Research Ethics Review (2024) (NO.21)). Participants gave informed consent to participate in the study before taking part. All mice were housed in specific pathogen-free (SPF) facilities at the Model Animal Research Center of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University. Experiments were performed under an animal protocol (IACUC-LAC-20240301-002) approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, in accordance with guidelines from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and institutional regulations.
