Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethics approval for the focus group component of our evaluation was granted by the Auckland University of Technology Ethics Committee (AUTEC 14/148). All focus group participants signed an informed consent form confirming their agreement to participate in the study and for anonymised interview transcripts to be used in publications. All identifying details (e.g. implementer name, location) were removed from progress reports extracts to ensure confidentiality.
