: The present pilot study was reviewed by the Cantonal Ethics Committee Zurich, Switzerland (BASEC-Nr.: Req- 2024–00240) and did not fall within the scope of the Human Research Act (HRA). During the consultation, clients were explained the nature of data collection and that filling out a questionnaire would be consent for it to be used for research purposes. Clients could decide whether to complete a questionnaire. Clients who wished to reject the questionnaire received the same standard procedure as clients who accepted it.

: Verbal informed consent was obtained from participants prior to the conduct of the questionnaire and they were explained the voluntary nature of the anonymous questionnaire.
