: The study was granted an exemption from ethics from the Medical-Ethical Review Committee METC NedMec (22-912/DB) and was evaluated and approved by the Trimbos Institute Ethical Review Committee (registration number 202213). Before scheduling interviews, participants provided written consent via an online form. They were first asked to read a Participant Information Statement and then indicate their consent by checking a box. Consent was reconfirmed orally at the start of each interview.
