: IK has undertaken consulting activities with the proposed Enhanced Games and has received funding related to a range of advisory and engagement roles, including providing guidance and attending events related to athlete safety and enhancement policies. IK, LC, and TP are members of the Performance Enhancement Task Force, an independent advisory group convened to provide external expertise on ethics, athlete safety, health monitoring, and harm reduction; they have received funding for contributions to athlete safety and wellbeing materials. KG has received no funding or financial support related to the Enhanced Games. None of the authors hold governance or operational roles within the Enhanced Games organisation, and none hold ownership, equity, or financial interests in the Games or affiliated commercial entities. Two authors (IK & TP) also acknowledge lived(-ing) experience of enhancement drug use across sport and non-sport settings. Both authors have longstanding professional and community connections with people who use enhancement drugs, particularly in Australia, Thailand, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, through ongoing research and harm reduction work. LC and KG are recognised by the co-authors as established allies in enhancement drug-related research and practice, with a demonstrated commitment to ethical engagement, participant safety, and harm reduction principles. All authors affirm that the views expressed in this editorial and the associated Collection are their own and were developed independently of the Enhanced Games organisation. Editorial decisions and peer review for this Collection are managed in accordance with the Harm Reduction Journal’s standard procedures, with appropriate safeguards to ensure independence and academic integrity.
