Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The MS@Work study was approved by the Medical Ethical Committee Brabant (NL43098.008.12 1307) and the Board of Directors of the participating MS outpatient clinics. All subjects provided written informed consent. For the panel study no ethical approval was necessary according to the medical ethics committee of the University Medical Centre Groningen as it did not qualify for being tested according to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects act of 1998 [CitationRef removed].The panel study was performed according to the guidelines of the Association of Universities in the Netherlands [CitationRef removed].
