Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The project was reported to the regional scientific ethical committee (Capital region) and the need for approval was waived. However, the study complies with the ethical guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency. Registration number: 17/3455.Interview participants were informed orally and in writing about the aim and scope of the study, that their participation was voluntary, and that they could withdraw at any time without consequences. For young participants (under 18 years), informed consent was also obtained from their parent or legal guardian. Participants were further informed that data was treated as confidential information.
