Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study describes a secondary analysis of an existing databank created by the Quebec Pain Registry working group led by Dr. Manon Choiniere who also held the ethics approval documentation for data collection. No additional ethics approval was required for this secondary analysis of deidentified data. All participants contributing data to the dataset provided informed written consent prior to completing any collection forms.
