: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethics approval for this study was obtained from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority. The original application (Dnr. 2023–04921-01) and the subsequent amendment (Dnr. 2023–06954-02) have been approved. Participants in Phase 1 were informed orally that participation was voluntary and that they had the right to withdraw at any time. They gave their oral consent before the interview. All participants in Phase 2 gave their consent digitally, prior to filling out the online questionnaire and were informed in writing that participation was voluntary and that they had the right to withdraw at any time. Participants could also contact AM or AJ with any questions or concerns.
