Ethics approval and consent to participate: Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals granted institutional approval, and ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe (Ref: MRCZ/A/2496). Randomised participant identification numbers were used to preserve confidentiality. Data and signed consent forms were stored securely, and only the researchers had access to the information collected.
