Ethics approval and consent to participate: Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals granted institutional approval, and ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Research Council of Zimbabwe (Ref: MRCZ/A/2496). All methods were carried out in accordance with The Declaration of Helsinki. Participants were treated as autonomous agents and were requested to sign written consent before participation. Written informed consent was obtained from all subjects before participation in this study. Randomised participant ID numbers were used to preserve confidentiality. Data and signed informed consent forms were stored securely; only the researchers could access the information gathered, and participants could voluntarily withdraw from the study without any consequences.
