Ethics approval and consent to participate: Informed consent was obtained from all students participating in this study. Parental consent regarding the students’ participation was not required, given that all students were over 15 years old. The study was approved by the directors of all participating schools as well as by the Ethics Committee of the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Sciences. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
