Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Our analysis looked retrospectively at outcomes for patients treated. All procedures were in accordance with the ethical standards of the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The patient’s parents were fully informed about surgical plan and written consent for the treatment has been taken.
