: Only anonymized data with Norwegian Patient Registry (NPR)-ID number was used. The study was not notifiable to The Regional Ethical committee (REK Nord 175835) and was considered as a quality assurance study by the Data protection officer at Nordland hospital Bodø (2020/1421) according to The Healthcare Personnel Act §29.c []. Additionally, approval for the study was obtained from the clinic management and the research department at Nordland Hospital in Bodø. Consent to participate was waived.
