: This study received the approval of the Ethics Committee of the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin (EA1/062/18) and a positive data protection vote from the Data Protection Officer at the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin. The invitation to the anonymous online survey contained information on the procedure and objectives of the study, the voluntary nature of study participation and data protection. Since the survey was anonymous, we were not able to obtain a "classic" personal consent form. Therefore, if the addressees agreed to participate in the study, they could click on the link or scan the QR code in the invitations. As usual in anonymous surveys, participation after detailed information provision was counted as declaration of consent. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
