: MM is a Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (London) and of Edinburgh, the Faculty of Public Health, and the Royal College of General Practitioners. He is Research Director of the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and an advisor to the European Regional Office of WHO.
