: Ethics approval for this study has been granted by the University of Dodoma (UDOM) ethical clearance committee and endorsed by the National Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) (Ref. No. NIMR/HQ/R.8a/Vol.IX/2740). Permission from the authorities in the participating councils will be obtained and informed consent will be sought from the participants.
