A survey was conducted among focal persons of HTA agencies in member countries. The survey does not require information that is detrimental or harmful to the respondents and draws on information that is publicly available. Respondents were informed about the purpose, analysis and dissemination process and were invited to co-author the publication based on the survey. For the above reasons, the research team did not request ethics approval for the study.
