: Institutional review board approvals have been obtained at each participating site (Montreal, Sherbrooke, and Toronto), as well as at the University of Montreal for the entire project by the Science and Health Research Ethics Board (certificate #2022-1626). All study data will be stored on a secure cloud server with access restricted to only authorized study personnel. All analyses will be performed on de-identified data. As is the case in most social science research, we will be careful in our writing and knowledge translation processes to respect the confidentiality of all of our participants.
