: The team secured an ethical clearance letter from the ethical review board of the University of Gondar referenced with O/V/P/RCS/05/430/2018. The Amhara Region Public Health Institute also provided a support letter for the team to collect data in health facilities. The research team followed the Helsinki declaration of ethical principles while collecting data from participants []. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, and then we obtained written consent before data collection. Data were collected synonymously using sex, age, education, experience, and position by avoiding personal identifiers. We reported the study participants' feelings, opinions, and expressions as it was said to indicate the reality in the healthcare system.
