: According to Swedish regulations [Swedish Code of Statutes (SFS) 2003:460, §4], ethics approval was not required for this study, as no data were collected from patients or sensitive data collected from the participants ( ) [ ]. Across all countries, we ensured compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local ethical standards. In our study, no sensitive personal data (as defined by the GDPR) were collected. We collected limited sociodemographic data (for example, age range, gender and professional role), which were anonymized and stored securely in compliance with GDPR. Participation was entirely voluntary, and verbally informed consent was obtained from all participants. We also took additional steps to ensure anonymity, such as removing any identifying information from transcripts and using pseudonyms in reporting.
