: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Technologies at the University of Brasília (protocol no. 6.540.207; CAAE 74817023.9.0000.8093). The requirement for informed consent was obtained from all informants for data collection, in accordance with Brazilian guidelines.
