Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the non-WMO Committee of the Medical Ethics Review Committee of Amsterdam University Medical Centers: committee’s reference number 2023.0939. This committee is authorized by the board of directors of Amsterdam UMC and supervised by the Medical Ethics Review committee. Participants in the study provided written informed consent during the recruitment phase and expressed their consent verbally at the start of the interviews. Interview data has been anonymized and confidentiality was assured by referring to informants by country name.
