All datasets used in this study were provided by the Colombian Ministry of Health to Universidad Nacional de Colombia for research purposes and is available under authorization of the Ministry. All data are stored in secure servers at the Faculty of Medicine. All identification data were removed before being delivered to the Instituto de Investigaciones Clínicas. Data from single individuals were identified using an anonymized identifier provided by the Ministry of Health.
