: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the ethics committees of Makerere University School of Public Health (SPH-2021-169), the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (HS1952ES), the Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp (1529/21) and University of Antwerp Hospital (2021 − 1743).
