: All animal experiments were performed in accordance with the guidelines of the Korean Food and Drug Administration. Protocols were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Yonsei University. CRC PDCs that had previously been established [] were used after receiving patient-informed consent and approval from the Institutional Review Board of Asan Medical Center. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the International Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects. For the PDTX model, animal procedures were performed following protocols approved by the Seoul National University Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
