: All clinical samples were collected after obtaining written informed consent from the patients. The sample collection and human subject involvement in this study has been approved by the Institutional Review (UW20-465) and The Institutional Review Board of the University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Hospital ([2018]94).Experimental procedures involving the use of animals have been approved by the Committee on Use of Live Animals in Teaching and Research, The University of Hong Kong (CULATR No. 5532-20). License to conduct animal experiments were obtained from Department of Health, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region prior to any hands-on practice with animal. The housing of animals was carried out under an AAALAC International accredited program at the Centre for Comparative Medicine Research, The University of Hong Kong under Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) conditions.
