: All the animal experiments were approved by the Regional Centre for Biotechnology Institute (RCB) Animal Ethics Committee (approval no RCB/IAEC/2024/198). Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Government of India. According to ‘Regulations and Guidelines for Recombinant DNA Research and Biocontainment, 2017’, announced by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, and duly approved by the Institutional Biosafety Committee, all the animal experiments were carried out strictly in BSL-2 containment.
