Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethics approval was obtained on November 2013 from The University of Melbourne Office for Research Ethics and Integrity for conducting statistical analysis on the Victorian Integrated Survey of Transport and Activity dataset (VISTA09) (Application Number 1340998.4).
