: Ethical approval for the study was given by University of Southampton Faculty of Medicine ethics committee (Ethics ID 20986.A9). The study abided by the Declaration of Helsinki, Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care and Data Protection regulations. The Consolidated criteria for Reporting Qualitative research (COREQ) were used to report qualitative research methods used in this study.
