: The study protocol was officially exempted from ethical approval by the Medical Ethics Review Committee of VU University Medical Center on July 15th 2021, because the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act did not apply for this study (reference number: 2021.0400). In this study we used secondary data from the Dutch national health survey. This survey is conducted by Statistics Netherlands. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants before starting the survey and the survey is carried out in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines.
