: All necessary approvals were obtained before the start of data collection. This includes written informed consent from all participants, and if necessary, by consent from the legal guardians of participants under 16 years old at FF1. Participants under 16 years at FF1 which have not proved consent for latter survey waves have been excluded from the data material. The FF Study was considered and approved by the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK Nord), and the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) have approved the storage and use of the data.
