: Pharyngeal swab samples were collected from residual samples that had been obtained for clinical respiratory virus detection. All procedures complied with the Measures for the Ethical Review of Biomedical Research Involving Human Subjects issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China. All protocols were approved by the Ethics Committees of Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital (#202003009005). All procedures were performed in biosafety level two facilities.
