: The establishment of the BTB sample collection, the study database and the patient information and consent forms were approved by The Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr 2021-04058, 2015/1092-31/4, 2014/75-32, 2011/1932-32, 2011/315-32, 2010/1182-31/2). All relevant ethical regulations are followed, and the entire project complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which controls personal data integrity and privacy protection.
: Prior to participating in the study, informed consent was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all children involved. For children aged 15 years or older, they were also asked to provide their own consent.
