: All mouse studies were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. All procedures involving cynomolgus monkeys complied with the Animal Welfare Act, the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, and the Office of Laboratory Animal Welfare.
