: Human MSC,BM and MSC,WJ were isolated and further expanded according to “Good Manufacturing Practice for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products” (GMP for ATMPs, European Commission Guidelines of 2017.11.22) within the context of the clinical trials EudraCT No. 2010-023998-18 and EudraCT No. 2015-005786-23, respectively. Appropriate donor informed consent for use in research was obtained in all cases. Animal procedures were performed following the experimental protocol entitled <i>“Validació de sistemes de enginyeria tissular mitjançant l´ús del model de ratolí”</i> approved in Dec 17th 2018 by the PRBB Institutional Committee for Care and Use of Animals (approval number LBM-16-0014_10359) and in compliance with European legislation on the care and use of animals.
