: This study using human samples was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of The Fifth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University and conducted in accordance with the ethical standards formulated in the Declaration of Helsinki. The Research Ethics Committee of The Fifth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University obtained the written informed consent from all patients, explained the use of the samples and monitored the collection of human samples. The study was approved on October 25, 2022, the approval number is 2022#K180-1. Animal experiments were performed in accordance with the international guidelines and approval from the Institutional Animal Care Ethics and Use Committee of the Sun Yat-Sen University School of Medicine.
