: Sample collection was approved by the Ethics Committee at Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (No. 2023NL-037-01). All volunteers voluntarily donated their own discarded femoral head specimens, stools, blood and signed an informed consent form.
