: This clinical study was a prospective, randomized, open-label, blind end point trial conducted at a single institution. The project was approved by the Ethics Committee of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University (approval number: 2018-023) with the title “Effectiveness of Autologous Adipose-derived Stem Cells in the Treatment of Knee Cartilage Injury” on August 1st, 2018.
