: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hubei Province, Tongii Medical College, Huazhong University of Scienceand Technology (2021IECXM017) and was conducted in full accordance with ethical principles (World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinks, and the Declaration of Istanbul). All human samples, encompassing sequencing samples and IHC staining specimens, were performed on existing samples collected during standard diagnostic tests, posing no extra burden to patients.
