: All animal experiments in this study were conducted in strict accordance with the ethical guidelines and standards set by the Laboratory Animal Center of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences, Shahrekord, Iran (Ethical Code: IR.SKUMS.REC.1399.247). A total of 40 mice were used in this research, housed under controlled environmental conditions with a 12-hour light/dark cycle and fed according to institutional guidelines. At the end of the study, all mice were humanely sacrificed in accordance with ethical protocols to minimize suffering, ensuring full compliance with the ethical standards for the care and use of laboratory animals.
