: This is a prospective single-center clinical trial registered in the U.S. Clinical Trials Database ( ) under registration number NCT06526442 on October 9th, 2020. It complied with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University (Human Research Ethics Committee approval 2022PS1006K), with written informed consent obtained from all participants. Patients were recruited between January 2022 and September 2024. For murine experiments, all protocols adhered to the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and were approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of our local hospital (approval number 2023PS1082K).
