All human-related procedures were conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.All animal experiments were performed in compliance with relevant national and institutional guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals. Specific-pathogen-free (SPF) 4-week-old nude mice, supplied by SpePharm (Beijing, China), were housed under controlled conditions at the Animal Research Center of Guizhou Medical University, and the experimental protocols were approved by the institutional ethics committee (Ethics Approval No. 2403308).
