: The single-cell RNA sequencing data used in this study were obtained from publicly available data in GEO databases and did not involve ethical approval or consent to participate. Liver tissue specimens were obtained from patients at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University (Hefei, China) in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol received approval from the Anhui Medical University Ethics Committee and the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University Ethics Committee (permit numbers: 83242368 and YX2025–256).
