: This study was performed according to the Declaration of Helsinki and Good Clinical Practice guidelines, with approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (2020ZSLYEC-257). Animals were housed in the pathogen-free conditions at Experimental Animal Center of The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. All animal experiments were performed in accordance with the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines (2020) and Chinese Standard GB 14925 − 2023 (Laboratory animal-Environment and housing facilities). All animal experiments were performed under the protocols approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU-IACUC- 2023020902).
