: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Human peripheral blood samples were used to construct CAR-T cells. The human blood sample collection procedure was carried out after written informed consent and approved by the Institutional Review Board at West China Hospital, Sichuan University (ID: 2022151). All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines. All mouse experiments in this study were approved by the animal ethics committee of West China Hospital, Sichuan University (ID: 20240416002).
