Ethical approval: BALB/c nude mice (5–7 weeks old) were brought from GemPharmatech (Chengdu, China). The maintenance of these mice was approved by the Ethics Committee for Experimental Animals of the Xi’an Jiaotong University (Approval no. XJTUAE2024-2669). All experiments were conducted under the national animal welfare guidelines.
