Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Healthy adults and children diagnosed with Deficiency of adenosine deaminase 2 (DADA2) were enrolled in the Pediatric Vasculitis Initiative (PedVas) as described previously [, ]. The study protocol was approved by the Children’s and Women’s Research Ethics Board of the University of British Columbia (H12–00894) and the respective ethical committees or IRBs at participating PedVas study sites. Healthy children and young adults were enrolled to the British Columbia (BC) Children’s Hospital BioBank; study protocol approved by the Children’s and Women’s Research Ethics Board of the University of British Columbia (H13–03111).
